A Poacher or a headhunter is someone who targets people who are already in guilds to try to draw them away. They often like going for the guys who have higher levels and whom they expect to be more loyal in the long run. Do not poach. Actively recruit from people who do not have guilds. We also occasionaly post messages to the FSBox when we have space. :-) Poaching just upsets people and hurts the reputation of the guild that the poacher represents.
